Initiated after Public Utility Commission of Nevada docket to explore blockchain-based technology to track and certify portfolio energy credits to determine compliance with Renewable portfolio standards. This project between NV Energy, Energy Web Foundation, and Blockchains LLC will show the entire lifecyle of portfolio energy credits from registration, ownership, certification, tracking, sale transfer, and retirement.
