https://cie.calpoly.edu/launch/incubator/The Cal Poly Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CIE) offers a 2 year Incuabtor program focused on startups in the tech and innovation sector. Programming provides everything needed for early-stage companies to develop into financially stable, high-growth enterprises by providing the tools, training and infrastructure that help facilitate smarter, faster growth, including: creation of an Advisory board for each startup in the program, direct pipeline to statewide angel groups and venture capital firms, monthly peer-to-peer roundtable discussions, one-on-one mentorship from expert consultants from the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Cal Poly alumni, participation in pitch events, networking opportunities with distinguished business leaders. The Program offers a Specialty track focused on CleanTech.

Companies must have a business plan, an MVP (or close to MVP), and have a desire for large growth and scale. Businesses must also commit to having a presence on the Central Coast.
Companies pay rent which is tiered throughout their two years.

Our main location is a 15K sq. ft. space in San Luis Obispo where companies can rent space that is specific for incubator companies. We also have two satellite spaces - one in Paso Robles and the other in Grover Beach.
