Hydroelectric

The proposed technology is a series of long, slowly rotating, turbines that can be deployed at the bases of existing dams to generate energy from spilling water. These turbines would then act to drive a high-pressure working fluid to the bank of the river where that working fluid would generate electricity. Per discussions with the inventor, the turbines would have a modular design enabling the dam owner to deploy the systems based on targeted need with the upper limit based on the length of the dam spillway.
