Innovation Force (IF) focuses on creating an effective means for staff (particularly new or junior staff it seems) to provide innovative ideas to senior management via a tool that reduces or eliminates the number of reviews or procedures to advance ideation. IF's solution aims to provide a core framework for the quick advancment or failure of proposed ideas. To achieve this, IF's solutoin focuses on creating a means for rapid submission and evaluation or innovative (potentially risky) ideas to senior managment / decsion makers with reduced (or eliminated) risk of career impact on the submitter.
