Sterblue is a drone software and artificial intelligence (AI) startup that has developed a cloud-based platform to automate drone inspection of wind turbines and T&D assets for utilities.The turnkey solution provides off-the-shelf hardware, mission planning, and data capture and analysis.
The platform allows users to generate 3D flight plans capable of trajectories that wrap tightly around structures based on raw LIDAR data. Image recognition is used for automatic detection and characterization of infrastructure defects for video flights,and the mobile device integration allows for on-site analysis and visualization reporting.
