Overview

Project Summary

CPS Energy is analyzing the impact of a PV and storage system on its distribution grid, particularly the effects of charging and discharging energy storage on the local distribution feeder. The energy storage system is intended to be used in Electric Reliability Council of Texas’s fast responding regulation service (FRRS) and can provide other benefits, such as solar shifting or voltage regulation.
