De Young EnVision at Loma Vista in Clovis, CA, is a Zero Net Energy (ZNE), grid-integrated community consisting of 36 state-of-the-art smart homes. Partnering with De Young properties, this project seeks to demonstrate the benefits of high efficiency, high performance communities in terms of both improved energy costs/usage and market demand for energy efficient homes.
